Polygon Primitives, Shading, Rendering
Polygon Primitives, Shading, Rendering
I have a love for ancient architecture, castles being my favorite. I attempted to create a castle, however it is a poor representation of one. Typical castles have four walls with guard towers on each corner, so I recreated the typical castle. I placed my red "flags" on the front to show who I am in typical ancient tradition. I have a large drawbridge to repel invaders, with the four guard towers. My camera angle I feel is dynamic an shows of the castle the best with the light I chose.
I feel I created a good image of a terrible castle as the "sun" is rising in the early mourning sky. The lighting is close to my reference so that is an accomplishment.
The problems I was having was with my move tool because it only moved on the y axis unless i snapped them around I never solved that problem. Another problem was Arnold keep changing the wrong object and I realized they were all combined so I had to rework a lot of the information.
